Thanks Lar, I think the header is going to be a birthday present to myself. Not sure what mufflers I'll get, the holeshots seem a little too obnoxious for me. Maybe I'll try using the stockers at first. Curious what the sound is like with just the cat's gone. It would be interesting to try that...

never heard of muffler bearings going out so soon. must be rust buildup from over-watering your pipes.

Maybe I need to install an AC unit. :P I'll be ripping the fairing off soon for the summer conversion and looking at air airflow re-route options while i am in there. rad fluid needs a flush so it might be a good time to remove it and consider my options.
