After changing to a Gen 1 slave cylinder I found that the clutch lever pivot bolt had never been greased and was to tight. Made a big difference when that was fixed. ;)
Hi, I have one for a Gen 2. Both front and back in perfect shape, black with silver piping on seams. Has about 4000 miles on it before I went to a Russell. Take $360 shipped in USA. Can send pictures if you want. Harold
Stadium Yamaha, West Airport Freeway Irving has been good to me when I have had to have them service something I can not do. Off Huntington Dr. in Grand Prairie. Where are you located at? Harold
Just got back from being there for 4 days this weekend. Thankfully it only rained Thursday and Friday night and the days were dry. Be carefull, we lost 2 riders in the Hill Country in the last 8 days because of excessive speed. Have a great week. Harold
Hi Chris, After I did a Gen 1 swap I had to bent the clutch lever to be able to use the adjusments on the lever. When I pulled the clutch lever in the end ball would hit the grip before the rest of the lever.
I took a boxend wrench and slid it over the ball of the lever and about 1/2 way up...
When I changed out the slave on my 07 I had to adjust the clutch lever all the way out for the clutch to work right. I noticed that the stock clutch lever ball was hitting the grip and taking about

Finished installing an Audivox 100 on my 07 over the weekend. Ask Hal a couple of questions and hooked it up like he said . It works perfect. was only able to ride for an hr. but it held all different speed on the highway , worked on the hills and stayed where I set it. Hope to try it on a...

This sounds like two different problems. My bike had the same problem. Did not want to go into gear when hot or cold without the clutch draging and does not like to shift into 4 or 5 gear after about a 200 mile ride. I fixed the clutch drag by cleaning and soaking the clutch plates. No more...
Grand Sons are coming in from Houston this weekend so I will be busy with them.(dirt bikes) Hope to make the next ride. Hope everone has a nice ride this weekend. Harold

They said it would only take 1/2 hr. or so if I had time to wait but I could not...
