Hud, how you been doing? All tightened up and torqued down. Those little screws though that hold the caps on the handlebar do slide down though if you over tighten them. I thing in the stock configuration they rest on top of the original bolts when tightened down. When you doing another RTE?

Last year I deep fried 1 turkey and smoked another. This year I have a large crew over again and am just going to smoke them both. I will also post some pics as they cook up.

It actually seems to have resulted in the EPA starting to check all manufacturers. Not a bad thing actually.

Smoked up a Maple Bacon wrapped Meatloaf today. Turned out pretty good.
