    Should black hex box remain?

    Guys, I'm so unfamiliar w this bike yet. Is this what my Gen II '06 display should look like when the ignition is off? When I turn the ign on, the yellow light in the C of that black 1/2 hex blinks and goes out. The black hex box remains while I ride. TIA

    More RPM vs speedo but different...maybe

    overfilled oil?

    I've searched the forum ( a bit ) and haven't found the answer. BUT I've slightly overfilled the engine oil. Ju-u-u-u-ust above the top mark. No more than 1/32" high. Maybe only 1 cm above. What to do??? I've already cursed so pls don't suggest that. thanx! ride safe, g

    Is Yamalube 10 w 40 OK in Northern Illinois?

    battery access

    Hi, gang! New to FJR world and looking at a pdf of the owners' manual for my '06 so I can charge the battery. It says the battery is under PANEL D.
