Not trying to run off with anyone's money, not strapped in debt. either, just trying to clean up some debt while I'm between jobs. Got interview #2 today for a new job, things look bright, lot's of faith, prayer and hope that I will get this position today.
Maybe trade on a FZ09?

I would proceed with the purchase, just get a bill of sale notarized and be sure that the debt is in the seller's name. If you have a notorized bill of sale and physical possession of the bike, I think you have very little to worry about.
