Last year I fitted a pair of Beowulfs. Whilst enjoying the sound they give it became apparant that the bike was not really running smoothly, lurching at cruises and seemed hard work to ride . So doing the research it seems that a PC fit is the way to go to sort out lean issues. Whilst I had the tank off I checked the spark plugs and they were as clean as when I fitted them 2000 miles ago which is worrying. So I dug deep and fitted the PC and found a map that suits European FJR with Beowulf. Whilst I had the tank off I checked the spark plugs and they were as clean as when I fitted them 2000 miles ago which is worrying.
Well, as others have said its a transformation. The first thing I noticed, strangely, was how smooth the gear changes had become but I suppose if the engine is not fighting itself everything will smooth out. As for the general smoothness and rideability - a vast improvement!
