Rain/half cover

What's the current wisdom on the "best" rain/half cover for commuting/touring use? I have a full cover for winter storage, but am looking for something to protect from rain (lots of that this year), dust, dew, etc.

Nelson Rigg? Tourmaster? Dowco?

I've seen conflicting reports of scratches coming from the varied covers - just looking for the forum's current wisdom.
