Sorry for that initial screw-up on my post. The problem I'm reporting is for those who use Windows Vista trying to upgrade to v4 on their Sena SMH10. I spent lots of time trying to upgrade, only to have repeated failures loading the drivers. Seems that Vista has a bug that prevents the upgrade from succeeding. Tried another computer with Windows 7, and it works like a charm. Wish Sena would've alerted users to that fact, but they did finally reply to my inquiry. My Senas are now talking to me in a sultry female voice!
