Vacuum Check Valves for AVCC

I haven't been able to find the 3/16" check valves needed locally to keep the throttle body sync ports separated so I'm going to have to order them online. On one the install pictorial guides that's on the forum, he references these check valves in particular. Well, stupid me (probably reading more into this than I should) scrolled down a little while checking the site out and see a few more options in the way of check valves and found these and these that actually specify for vacuum use. I'm probably being dumb and reading more into this than I should, but which ones should I choose?

I used the second choice. They seemed appropriate at the time of my install. I tapped all four ports and did not use a vacuum reservoir. Everything working as it should.
