I've had gas gauge problems for a long time now, and am glad to have read this thread. Mine is an '05 FJR too, and basically, my gauge reads lower than actual. When I top off the tank, I never get full bars. Always 1-2 bars down, sometimes even 3 down. I've brought it in to my neighborhood...

I've been flying for over 10 years now. Regional airline and now corporate in the Falcon 50. From time to time, I'll jump in a 182 or an Archer for a weekend getaway. I've been "flying" my '05 FJR for 1 year now, and loving every minute...... it's every bit as fun and thrilling as flying...
