An old thread, but got me thinking about my situation. I'm on 90mg of Ticagrelor (Brilinta) and 80mg aspirin / day since June when I had a cardiac episode and they installed a stent in my RCA. I feel fantastic and no side effects from the meds and I desparately want to get out riding, but...
UPDATE (post #7): Had all the plastic off and inspected the cam chain up close. To my surprise there was about 1/4 inch slack in the chain. I suspect I was sitting on a time bomb and decided to go ahead and replace the CCT with a green dot. Very fiddly job, but thanks to info on this forum...

Used dash shelves come up occasionally on the forums & maybe ebay OR you could try fabricating something on your own? Or, there's Baker air wings that offers a commercial option that doesn't require a dash shelf.
This is what happens when you have too much time on your hands! Actually turned out OK and surprisingly they work great. Will have to remove in the summer heat, but great for Spring and Fall.
I use this mount. Very solid, adjustable with built in charging. Once the phone is in there it is clamped good and tight. About $30 on amazon. You can access all the buttons when its in the cradle.
