Thanks for all the good comments. I have been riding some in this very cold weather as of late and have a new love in my life :P The bike is so nimble and handles far better than I ever expected. Plenty of power and cruises nicely at 80 mph. I have been making some tracks in the dirt also...
Haha Fred, I am 41 and feel every day of it :blink: The suspension travel make this bike ride like a caddy on the slab and is quite impressive in the twisties also. I am going to hit some dirt roads this weekend for an intro to the slippery stuff.

I finally got the FJR sold and delivered and wasted no time getting the bike I "plan" on keeping for years to come. The FJR is a fine machine, but the fun stopped when the pavement ended. I plan on touring a lot of remote northern Ontario this summer and this will fit the bill quite well...

It was not faulty, just their design. They claim it may not be good for the heart to have the heat right there. It does keep the area around your kidneys nice and toasty though :)
