Shop call me this am. Yamaha is replacing the entire harness and wants the old one sent home to study. Odds are a safety recall may happen as burning connectors under the fuel tank are contraindicated. Ya wanna bet I'll have to do it again with the new redesigned recall upgrade?

Personally, I always use de-ionized air. It's what all the better riders use.

The shift actuator on my AE broke last fall. Mine required the replacement of the entire subframe assembly. The mounting brackets on the early models were attached to the subframe by a couple of whimpy spot welds. The "bracket" being mentioned here was ment to reinforce the weak mounting...

It's legal in Arkansas. I carry a copy of the law should I ever have an encounter with uninformed LOL as a result of my occasional need to exercise it. I sure most of the 4 wheelers (and uninformed 2 wheelers) consider it squid-like behavior though.

Same on this side of the river. Scoots' seem to be everywhere! I'm seeing many older bike being dusted off too.

I guess I need to re-read the manual. I thought it said don't shift until 35mph!
