Thanks to everybody-I finally found it and now have my bike registered!! :D

Well, crawled all over and under the bike and cannot find it. I suppose the only other thing is to remove the fairings and see if it is somewhere on the block. :angry: :angry: :angry:

I have had my kit (gun type) for a very long time. I recently had to use it and was grateful for the ease of applying the plug. I managed to get the bike home, removed the nail, plugged the tire and put air in it. That was 2 weeks ago and I have not lost air pressure nor has the plug come...

Aside from the issue with cagers who can't see us to begin with, I would like the lane sharing idea-especially when traffic is backed up and takes an hour to get 100 ft :huh:

Out of 400, there are two of us-I ride 98% of the time (2% in the car when I have errands). The other rider is mostly a fair weather (not too hot, cant be raining, cant be 30% chance of rain, cant be cold) rider. :unsure:

I am also of the opinion that I am no longer invincible. At 53, I have decided I want to enjoy my riding and the scenery (vs it flying by so fast I cant see it). The safer I ride, the more likely I will ride longer. :)

Thanks for all the help. I will try contacting Sargent and work on the seat. I still love my bike--just have to watch the terrain. Being vertically challenged means being more observant. :dribble:

How long did it take Sargent to redo the seat for you? I would hate to be without a seat on my baby-maybe something I will do when it is in for the winter-I hear it gets cold out west.
