    My Russell Day Long

Are you sure both adjusters are set the same (hi/lo)?

Screen extensions - any good on stock screen?

There are no conclusive findings, too many variables involved. For me I tried one and after a little fiddling I got it to MY liking. Some guys want an absolute air pocket to ride in while others, like me, like a little air flow on them. You can adjust them where they do make a difference.

Sorry had to laugh. Refurb, refurbish.

    yamaha adjustable levers

You must have not looked on Ebay.... https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2499334.m570.l1313&_nkw=fjr1300+levers&_sacat=10063

    yamaha adjustable levers

I may be reading it wrong but I don't think Yamaha sells any other levers for the FJR. Aren't the stockers adjustable? On the high end there is ASV and Pazzo and at the other end is CRG and the many Ebay brands. I happen to have CRG (or maybe it's CNR?) shorties that fold up in case of a tip...

    Helibar Reversal?

The plate that is removed to install the Helibars have studs welded to it that feed up thru the bars. Instead, you can use some large fender washers and nuts underneath in place of that plate on the underside and feed bolts thru the top. You may need shorter bolts too but that's about it really.

    Helibar Reversal?

Only way to find out is remove them and try it. If you like it then leave them off.

    Anyone use tank bags?

You'll want a narrow tank bag more than a low profile. If the bag isn't narrow, you'll hit the switch gear at full lock.

    LED headlight for 2013?

LED's have been discussed so many times if you do a search you'll find a ton of suggestions.

    More luggage options

I'm with Ross, too small for any extended trip and very pricey for what it is. But you seem to want a "brand name". You got Gucci riding boots? Your money, have at it.

    More luggage options

Damn. I looked on Amazon for them and I thought they were a high end bag from the prices I saw. My bad.

    More luggage options

So you overpaid for Skog A Kust, a bag that does the same as the "no name cheap bags off Amazon". Hey what do you know, they're on Amazon too.

What year Goldwing foot peg will fit 2023 FJR (with slight modification)? For rider foot peg, not passenger.

I like to think I introduced GW pegs on the other forum. No cornering clearance issues whatsoever after 3 years with them. https://www.fjrowners.com/threads/larger-foot-pegs.153493/#post-1297567

    More luggage options

Another believer in dry bags here. This is a 60 liter, a little bigger than I'd like but it is loaded with a TON of camping gear. I've downsized because I didn't like it against my back pushing me into the tank. And don't waste money on motorcycle specific bags, they're twice as costly. This...

Question: Can any Gen 3 owners check the rear fender saddlebag covers for me

Not entirely true. The fronts are marked FR, the rear ones RR.

Question: Can any Gen 3 owners check the rear fender saddlebag covers for me

As mentioned elsewhere... the 3rd underside set is #39 in the diagram. The top front 2 are the same (#37), the top rear2 are the same (#38) and the underside 2 are the same. 3 distinct sets.
