06 glove box

Might be a little early for this, but does anyone know if it will be possible to retrofit the 06 glove box (w/ 12v outlet) to the 05 fairing?

I know it's kinda hard when there aren't any 06es out there, but I'm always amazed at the amount of knowledge on this board, so I wouldn't be surprised...

Hmm...if your primary purpose is to just add power, have you considered adding a Powerlet to your '05?

Although I haven't mounted one there, I would think their kit they offer (to mount on the right front panel) could be adapted to work in the glovebox.
