Very nice bike. I had a Cdn 1990 model. I thought that the US 1989 model was black with a gold stripe. Did you folks have two colors that year?

Wow.....Nice Bike. The 89 white and silver was always my favorite colour. My 92 FJ1200 beside the FJR below.... hard to say which one is prettier!

My 92 FJ1200 beside the FJR below....

Looks just like my FJ1200 I had way back when. The fact that I had that FJ way back when is why I wound up with an FJR.

That bike was crazy - it'd hit 60 in first gear (but you'd better be shifting as soon as you hit 60 or you're going over the bars as the engine hits the rev limiter).
