2006 FJR 1300 $5,800

 

Purchased 6/16/09 with 13,168 miles

I asked the previous owner to have the then Factory recalls done before I flew to pick it up. One of the recalls involved replacing the entire gauge cluster which gave the bike an odometer with 000000 miles on it. When I picked up the bike it had 22 miles on the odometer.

 

Miles on the odometer today 11/02/12: 64,071 so the bike actually has 77,239 miles on it. I have all the records on the bike.

Yo guys, I too have the 06 "fast" blue FJR like Brick. I have ridden with Brick along with his FJR as have some others on this forum. This is a good buy. As they say, many of these miles are "highway" miles. Brick is a former President of the MSTA (Motorcyle Sport Touring Association). He has several bikes and knows how to maintain them. Many miles left in this one, and it is farkled for departure anywhere now as far as I know. Great way to get going for a third of the price of new.
