Got Staintunes

Came with two allen head bolts with 17mm nuts w/plastic inserts.

Besides that, does anyone have specs on the thread and gauge

of this bolt?

YESssssss, I lost one. :erm:

I can get by without it, but would like to match it.

If anyone has any idea, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Take the remaining one with you to a good hardware store-the Ace near me has an excellent stock of stainless metric hardware. Simply find a nut that fits it-that'll give you size and thread count. You'll find what you need from that.
