I have a CalSci large windshield for a Gen 1 FJR for sale. It was on the bike for one hour and removed, it was to large for my liking & I went back to stock windshield. I was convinced by who I spoke to at CalSci to go with a larger than recommended screen to lengthen riding season in NY. That sounded like a reasonable statement but after mounting it I was not happy having to look through the windscreen I prefer to look over and around the stock one.

It is currently back in original shipping box with cloth & solution provided by CalSci. Asking $155.00 plus Actual shipping

H = +4.5" = +11,5cm
Width High = 14.5"
Width Low = 26"

grow a few inches(in height) and you will love it, or not
This was the response I got when I asked about getting the smaller size.

"If you decide to send it back we can take care of the exchange for you,

leave a note with your name and what we could do for you. But it'll take

some time depending on where you are because of shipping.

The cut down I don't know how good you are but it's fairly simple. If

your handy with power tools you'll be fine. 1) measure the height you

want and mark with a sharpie 2) Then grab some blue painters tape and

use the tape to protect the part you're keeping. 3) Using the ban saw (

or something else to cut the shield down ) cut the part you don't want

4) you'll want to sand it down after cutting starting off in this order:

100 Grit (lightly) then 150 grit, then 220, and finally 320 for the

final touch if you'd like. 5) remove tape and clean it with the bottle

we gave you and you'll be set. And you can give us a call if you have

anymore questions.

Yeah...right.

I have a bunch of windscreens for my Gen1, and the large CalSci is the one that I haven't ever taken off!
