What's funny about the article is the photo of an FJR on an article about motorcycle noise. They really should have gotten a picture of a H-D with after market pipes, not one of the quiet cycles on the road.

Interesting how yet again the solution is a blanket coverage of all types of machines to regulate the behavior of a specific type, resulting from the assumtion that the ones that annoy you are the only kind out there.

Why not a noise ordinance, rather than a motorcycle ordinance? Already exists (but with zero enforcement) in many communities.
