I bought this new in 2009 and had it installed on my 2008, then on my new 2011, so I'm pretty sure it will work on any Gen 2. The tuning software is available for download on the Dynojet website: https://www.powercommander.com/powercommander/Downloads/powercommander_downloads.aspx?ProdType=PCIIIUSB

I'm open to offers.
