Gen I headpipe fit Gen II?

I have a cat-gutted Gen I headpipe that I would like to install on a Gen II. The Yamaha part numbers are different, and Dale Walker's catless headpipe fits Gen IIs if the a centerstand bolt is clearanced. But looking at Dale's pipe it does not have the additional bolt mount by the cat shells that the factory pipes have. Does anyone know if the Gen I headpipe will fit the Gen II? Are the mounting tabs different and if so how much modification would be required to make it fit? Thanks to anyone who has an answer.
