RainX used to say on the bottle not to use on plastic, and I've wondered why.

OK. A quick Google search shows a RainX for plastic now.

I've using RainX since forever. It works great. What about it sucked for you? Just curious. I use it on my windshield too and there has been no damage of any kind what so ever.

The RainX for plastic is what Im referring too. I bought in in high hopes that it would work. It simply doesnt work. The Regular ol RainX might but I am not going to put in on plastic. I have tried 20+ waxes and sealants over the last 15 years and nothing I have put on a motorcycle windshield or helmet visor has out performed Rejex.

I picked up some of this when I got my tinted sport shield from Cee Baileys - it is a water repellent and works very well too.
