Stalking, hands down, for 2 reasons:

A. I am a big chicken, and really quite painfully shy..................(allright, NO laughing from the peanut gallery)

B. I am in the absolute best relationship of my entire life, and wouldn't risk any part of it for even the hawtest looking youngin' in uniform

But, that said, no harm in looking, for either side.....
