Welcome.
I'm on the east side, just north of Detroit. Designflaw06 is on the west side though.
We will likely have a "Tech Day" in the fall near Columbus.

You boys plannin' on heading south during the Fall, I recommend you wear camouflage......gray n scarlett.

I am from the Saginaw Bay Area. Were going to be in Muskegon Next weekend for Rebel Road. My wife and I are always looking for new people to ride with. She ride a 2004 Honda Rune. I unfortunately have my FJR up for sale though. I have tried everything to make it comfortable for me to ride it with no prevail. I had a knee replacement back in Feb and the riding position is just to much on my knee. So it's up for sale. I do still ride though I bought a 2018 Yamaha Star Eluder GT. I can ride this bike all day long now without any pain but I miss the power of the FJR.

A Tech Day would be great. I don't wear Maze and Blue, as far as the gray n scarlett - ya, don't want to get in the middle of that....
Muskegon usually are good hosts and the Rebel Road should be a good time. I'm not available - my brothers (3) and I are headed to CO for some mountain road riding. Can't wait!
All that to say I'll be checking back in a couple weeks to see what we can set up. Maybe a ride for ice cream somewhere near Lansing or something.
I'd like to start a thread (maybe it already exists) of pics of 2 or more riders getting together from the forum. I think it would be great to report getting together.
