Bought a helmet from them a couple months ago, and it arrived defective: flip front chin bar release/keeper broken on one side. It wasn't due to damage from shipping.
They shipped after 10 working days (almost 3 weeks for us simple folks)after my immediate payment, but I've had no reply to any emails or phone messages left at their number. They sucked up my payment via Paypal, and with that system (only way they work) it is kind of late to dispute it with my credit card company and/or Paypal.
I had a concern when I saw the ".net" in the name, so I get what I pay for. Thought I'd try them anyway since I generally have good luck with online purchases.
Good price, but lousy customer service. I'll just have to be more selective in my online buying when I can't get it locally.
Anyway, they get no recommendation from me.
