The Ulysses has

Suspension Travel, Front Wheel, Along Fork Line 6.51 in

Suspension Travel, Rear Wheel, Vertical 6.38 in

While the XB12S has

Suspension Travel, Front Wheel, Along Fork Line 4.72 in

Suspension Travel, Rear Wheel, Vertical 5.06 in

Looks like almost 2 inches more front travel and almost an inch and a half rear travel.

Seat height is up there too. He's 6'2 and was flat footed but not by a lot.

;)

Looks pretty cool and the specs are interesting.

I'll be waiting to see how this one "drys out" once it's on the market for awhile.

Certainly doesn't look like a distance tourer, but more like a fun local ride or drag along behind the cager to the riding place. :agent:

See August Cycle World Review.... They seem to like th Beemer better, and the Buell still shakes like a paint mixer. It is however the first "Americun" bike to really catch my eye. And I guess my Harley riding friends might tolerate me more than they do when I ride the "rice burners". :assasin:
