Problems with Tourmaster heated gloves

I bought a pair of Tourmaster Synergy gloves for the wife and I can't seem to keep them working. First controller worked for about a week then the lights stop working then no heat. Swaped controllers and the same thing happened. I have them hooked directly to the battery, fuse is good. Has anyone else had this problem with their gloves or controller?

Sorry, just noticed a very similar thread about three up from yours... same company, same apparent problem.

I'd give Tourmaster a call pronto if they were mine.
