Road Tech AL20 Mount

Just picked up the AL20 and am trying to figure out how to mount it as none of the supplied brackets work. I would like to put it inline with the unused mirror mount on the left handlebar so that the radio sits to the left of the mount point.

Has anyone found a bracket that does this? Or am I looking at some fabrication work and if so has anyone made a custom mount?
