I ride in the deep south...all around New Orleans and Louisiana & Mississippi.

In July, the heat index hits 107 with 101% humidity. Ya better stay hydrated before ya seeing double and are dodging two semis coming at you in the opposing lane of a 2 lane state highway. Log trucks are especially fun to be around; they blow real good as they pass. The best is to get behind a loosely loaded sugar cane semi on River Road; debris flying out the back is a fun part of the ride.

Cheers,

The reason I've read folks like the V1 most is the arrows indicating where the radar is coming from. Folks seem to like that and use it to determine how to react at speed.
The directional arrows, the hit counter, and the different tones for the different radar bands are a big plus, in my experience - along with the free lifetime firmware upgrades when new features are introduced.
