Just finished corresponding with with Tony (101stpathfinder) about our meetup in Tampa.
Final details:
Everything is coming together just fine, but it looks like the Cedar Key run we were talking about for later that afternoon will have to wait for another day.
Don't wanna cram too much into one day in case some of you have to be a little late to the party. We're also concerned about whether or not we should book a hotel in Cedar Key when we do this ride. We'll talk about it all when we get together next Sat.
We're already talking about what we're gonna schedule for December and the coming months.
We'll be looking forward to meeting up with summa-yous guys that got tied up and can't make the Nov 23rd meet up. That goes for you too Howie.

Ok Boys, Duty calls and I'm out for that Tampa meet. Gotta spend that weekend in Orlando shooting X-rays on a big airplane. I'll keep an eye out for the next one. Have fun!

Ok Boys, the job In Orlando has been postponed for sometime in the near future. I'm back in! I'll see ya'll at 11ish in Tampa. Can I bring some NY hotdogs, cooked onions and Saurkraut? I'd like to turn you guys on to a little bit of that. Let me know.

Man, this is like a good movie: the closer ya get to the end, the better it gets. LKLD and Magic, I'm REALLY glad you'll be able to make it.
Magic: sure you can bring along a few dogs and whatever, I'll pass that along to Mark.
Ha, Mark pooped out on me last weekend. Well sort of. He was supposed to come up to the house to show me his new (to him) Bergman. But he called and cancelled because he wanted to get the back yard and gazebo and etc. ready for this week's meet up. Probly mowin' up the yard and whatnot. Great way to find lost tools. When you see all the projects he's working on you'll know what I mean. Quite the mechanic. Anyway, Lookin' forward to getting to hang out with all you's guys. We'll no doubt be talking about future rides/get togethers, so if you've got any suggested routes to ride, maybe whip up a google map for show and tell? (Sounding like a teacher again).
ON the menu for 11:00: Mark's grilin, but I'm not sure what. I'll be bringing the baked beans and some pretzels for munchin. If ya want any other munchies, throw a bag of something in the Yammie before ya head out. No rule against bringing extra snacks, you know.

I have been working some killer overtime hours, so much I had to pass up on the Chomp da Dawgs in Macon last week. I am not missing this ride over. See ya all there!

Just finished re-contacting everybody. Several haven't responded: Pale Rider, RZ350, Doc4216. Several can't make it, FLFJRS, Mikebike, Earth Rooster, Dark SpiritGary, approx. how many participants? I wanna bring enough hot dogs for everyone to sample.
A couple maybe's: Fljab and my buddy Jim Cook (and wife Sharon). Should know by tomorrow on the "maybe's."
Those who have confirmed they're going to come:
Magicmaker, LKLD, 101st, YummYam and a Harley buddy, Jgreen, RoyC (one of our newer members who PM'd me this week), and Mark and me...
9 of us all together; barring any last minute changes... and depending on our "maybe's."
Mark said if you wanna bring the dogs, he'll work on the burgers. I'm bringing gramma's best baked beans and also a couple bags of pretzels.

Gary, ask Mark to get 3 (8packs) of hot dog buns so I don't have to stuff them in my bags. I'll bring everything else. I'll bring plenty dogs. There will be leftovers but, there's no such thing as too many dogs!! ;-))

I just did back to back 60 hour weeks and December is not here yet. (Post Office)
Next month gets real interesting, but it helps to reduce the bills.
Your job seems a little more significant and
meaningful than my BS job. Christmas #27 in the PO for me. Can't wait til I retire and can enjoy the holiday season again.

If I bring too many, I can always bring some back to my nieces house. I'm bringing half and half Nathan's and Sabrett. Me thinks Mark might want me to leave some. Yeah! They're that good. It ain't braggin' when it's true! Lol
