I couldnt make it to this meet, really wanted to after being at the last one...next time. Havent seen any of you post up on info about riding to CFR or the Dam Tour. I'm hoping to make both of these this summer, cant make it to WFO. If anyone is heading to either of these let me know. I'm starting the dams as soon as the weather clears....July maybe! If anyone has info on routing to CFR pls share. I was considering the North Cascade Loop over...have not done it on the bike yet.

Brian and Marissa, this NW group is lucky to have you! You put this on just to bring the people together and we all benefit from greatly.

I feel bad that I got there so late and wasn't able to help out more. It was great meeting some of the guys for the first time, and seeing all the other Bum's as well.

I think we need to do a sun dance because all this wet stuff is getting old!

Thanks Bryan for the being a great host. I may have been one of the whimps that chose to drive, but that doesn't mean the day wasn't expensive. After seeing all the Zumo 550's there, I had to come home and buy one. Been trying to figure out which one to get, but seeing all those made it easy. Can't wait for the darn weather to break and get some "spirited" riding in.

Now you see that....not only are we helping out our fellow FJR'ers, but we are also helping revive the economy for our fellow Washingtonians. We are damn good Americans...no, we are PATRIOTS.

Great day to be inside, the weather sucked and forced a few to cage it, wingshot traveled the hardest route over Snolqualmie pass. He was questioning the whole time why he was trailering his bike, until he hit the white out snow storm coming over at Snoqualmie. (Said he had to chain up going home). Smart move on his part. Ralph carpooled with the Portland group and trailered his bike up.

All told we had 20 show up with four or five wives in tow also. It was a great to see everyone and a few new faces. (Sorry I didn't get all the forum names for some of you...next time) It was good to see 2wheeltiger make it after all he has been through :yahoo: , and Taff after his new surgery hobbling around...Now give it a rest and heal up so you can ride again soon! ;)

Bench race and stories were going on all over the garage. It was a great time! :clapping: :yahoo:

Duster19 had a Boy Scout jamboree that ran long and prevented him from being able to make it. But we'll get together in the next few weeks and get his fuzeblock installed.

Here are some pics.

BeamerReamer and Mrs. arriving (She is not sure about the driveway and how steep it is... they did just fine)

Hey Dave, not a bad memory for such an old guy!!! Thanks Bryan for mounting my tires, the good bench racing stories and thanks to Marissa for putting up with everyone trudging through your home.

Hope to see everyone again soon,

J

We had a great time, and we really enjoyed seeing "old" friends and meeting new ones. Also, thinks for the ride Ralph. I was happy to lend a "hand" anywhere that was needed. And once again, Bryan and Marissa, you guys rock!

Hell, I am going to tell work, "NO more business trips for me." Looks like a fine turn out. Now I have to do all my spring maintenance by myself.

Have a work party, we could all come over and at least try to confuse you.
