Yeah, checked the wire. I have it coiled in the front fork area and was able to trace the length of the wire from start to finish without any damaged wire... I have seen replacement cradles on ebay and such, but want do the easy trial before shelling out the money in case it is the unit...

At the end of last season everything was working fine. However, when I put the Zumo on the cradle on the bike a few days ago... Nothing... It will charge when it's in the car cradle and all of the functions preform just fine. No locking or similar software bug type problems. I even reloaded...

When fueling my '08 I have to be careful to pay close attention not to get the fuel level above the bottom of the fuel port neck. With the way the holes are configured (one large and 3 small), if I get any higher than the bottom of the neck, gas is shot up through the smaller holes and litters...

I imagine that within the first 1 minute on the bike you'll say, wow I remember how to do this. Just remember that after you start to feel comfortable, never stop looking and thinking. This is pretty much the way you want to view it if it has been 5 minutes or 5 years since your last ride...

If you're unsure do a bit of research on the Garmin website, then go out and get the cheapest Garmin you can find. (They all have essentially the same function and interface.) If you use it, you'll quickly figure out what additional features you want. (Bluetooth, street names, traffic, etc.)...
