harper, that would have been me, the flock of unruly bikers. It was a good night and some awesome bikes but so many you have to dig through the crowd to find the good ones.

I think the craziest one was a stretched frame something with a Polaris water cooled snowmobile engine and clutch. The best was a Yamaha XS650 in a hand built frame, absolutely gorgeous.

I did see a couple of other Yamaha FJR's there.

Guess it's time for me to get my '65' Atlas cleaned up and running.

 
I could do another Panhead, it would have to be a 1951.

I was at the corner of NW 85th and 15th NW at about 7:00PM holding my grandson and watching big trucks and big buses. What could be better than watching big trucks and big buses with a 2-1/2 year old. We saw about 30 bikes in several different groups over about 20 minutes or so pouring down 15th Ave to downtown Ballard. For each group Jack pointed and said, "Papa...motorcycle...vroom, vroom."
