Yea 80mph cruise limit doesn't bother me at all...

There are places west of the Mississippi River where an 80 mph cap is way too low. In some places the posted speed can be 80 mph.

Professor, you were ill informed about speed limits west of the Mississippi River...in some areas it's 85mph...

Very recent research shows FJR cruise control works at 101 mph (speedometer indication) on the faster 2015 models. Yes, I'm serious, and yes I was told the speedo stayed glued to 101 for several minutes.

Not sure why that would ever be 'needed', but just reporting the research because curious minds want to know.
