notice a lot of our weather has been blowing up your way, rode many a mile up there in the wet over the years, once the rain gear went on it usually stayed. Sounds like you folks are having a great adventure. Might do an overniter this Wed.& Thurs., Revelstoke, Nakusp, somewhere up thataway maybe.maybe.

we've been surrounded by weather, but haven't been in it too much...just a little soaking between Revelstoke and Golden. Lots of dry weather between those raindrops.

Liking the sounds of the trip Mark! Little wet here today, hoping the spinning low doesn't send the moisture your way.

Enjoy the scenery!

Weather forecast is getting progressively better as the week rolls on. We had a couple of wild T-Storms here while you were gone, glad you missed them.

It's been an odd weather July in BC. We have had a few thunderstorms here as well. Glad you guys have stayed dry!

Yep, that's where we were after Lake Miligne...which was cold and blustery. But the sun came out and warm temps as we took the fun little 15km road up to the hot springs from the highway.

Saw a black bear and cub outside the springs, saw lots of big horn sheep at the hot springs, and saw massive caribou in a stand of trees 50 metres from the highway.

Hot Springs were HOT...felt good. Louanne loved it. Didn't get rained on, though it was forecast.

Heading out for some dinner soon, tried to talk Louanne into poutine last night...she wasn't buying the nasty gravy on fries thing.

Agent Goober, hungry and on the hunt for some more wheat ipa, eh!

Whew...almost read too much into that last statement! ;-)

Weather is clearing, here's hoping for more hot springs and (far away) critter sightings!

^^^^ agreed. I cannot understand how poutine hasn't become all the rage here in the Southland. Fries, gravy, onions, maybe jalapenos .... ?

It's heaven on a plate!
