Left Side Bracket To Hold Side Case

My friend broke one of the retaining brackets on his 06 FJR AE. Now the bracket no longer holds the side case firm as it is only held by the arms in the holes. He's trying to figure out the part number to replace the part. If anyone knows I'd appreciate it.

Part 78 or 79 on the parts fiche below?

Edit - I just reread the title and it appears that #78 is the left side, if I have interpreted the request correctly. Part #94 is the rubber cap.
