KJ, if I remember correctly Wayne said last year's website can be updated and used for this year, if easier.

Yes, Wayne has offered this to me in a PM and I appreciate it very much. Mine is a little more customizable to our application but either way, it will get the job done with ease.

I have all the Hotel info with call-in codes. I will make a thread today sometime w the event announcement.

Checking google maps...I think Mineral Wells is where we ate at the Cracker Barrel Restaurant for lunch one of the days last year when we headed into WV.
