I can open/download all the other reports expect Day 4. I've tried Firefox & Chromium but same problem.

I'm not so sure about "robust safety" of the SPOT units. My Spot II died after only 18 months of use. Worse thing was that I did not know it had died until I reached home after a further 4 days. All the lights seemed to work, but no signals were being "uploaded".

The Spot2 units have the ability to send different messages depending on which button on the unit is pressed.
IIRC, Orange is the standard automatic tracking update, Green = I'm OK, Yellow = a custom message programmed in by the rider and Red = 911 Emergency
