What did you do to your FJR today?

Today I took the FJR for a ride with my wife leading the way on her bike. With a four-year-old at home, we seldom get a chance to ride together. We stopped and took this photo: By the way, I think both those diesel locomotives are for sale if anyone is interested.

TomTom IPhone navigation app with "winding roads"

According to the interwebs, TomTom's navigation app for Iphone/Ipad has a winding roads feature similar to the one found on the TomTom Rider V5. For some reason TomTom's own website doesn't seem to mention it. Apparently it only comes with the winding roads feature on the app for IPhones/IPads...

For Sale Givi E52 Monokey Topcase w/Admore lighting & mounting brackets

Sorry, I paid for it last night. Thanks wheeldeal72! I don't know how long you've been looking, but the Alurack is very difficult to find used. Buying new isn't easy either as there are only two distributors in the US and neither keeps it in stock. I ordered one over two months ago from...

    2014 Buzzy Bars

I have the Vibranator bar ends. To me, they seem about the equivalent of heavy bar ends in reducing vibes. My previous bike (a Bandit 1250) was essentially the same as yours and I also never had bothersome vibes on that bike. I tried all the same things you listed plus a throttle body sync and...

Test rode 2014 RT - nice, but.....

I've noticed a bit of misinformation in this thread. The RT switched to an easy to replace wet clutch for 2014. Valve adjustments on the old camheads are almost as easy as an oil change. I suspect they are similarly easy with the new wethead. The final drives have had a drain plug and vent...

What did you do to your FJR today?

Yep, a big sigh of relief. I wouldn't have been so nervous but every time she has sat on it in the past she would talk about how heavy the bike felt. I was worried she would psych herself out and drop it. But, now that she finally got the courage up to give it a try, she finds the weight to...
