I am sure that some people like the windshield dropping down to the lowest position when you shut it off. I myself would prefer to have it stay at the position I have it when I shut it off. Is there any way of preventing the windshield from dropping down when you shut it off. Dave

I have an 08 model A. Sunday the temp was in the mid 90`s, put 74 miles on it and had my shins cooked. If I open up the side vent on each side, will it take the heat off the shins? That heat is terrible. Thanks, Dave

HI, I have an 08 A model. Since day one I have noticed at 2500 rpm to 2800 rpm the engine has a different sound and has a slight vibration to it. Under 2500 it is smooth and over 2800 smooth again. Yes around 2900 or 3000 rpm it is in turbo mode. Just curious if this is typical for this...

I have the 08. Yes mine has a slight rattle when I hit a bump. I think it is coming from the windshieldbracket, mount. It really isn`t all that bad. My Wing did the same thing, almost identical noise.

Hi, I picked up my 2008 FJR1300A 8 days ago. The gas gauge showed 3/4 filled but I didn`t look into the tank. Today the gas gauge showed only one bar left so I decided I better fill up. It only took 3.5 gallons and the gauge showed 3/4 fiilled again. Has anyone with an 08 had the same problem...
