donaldb-thanks, I had been looking for that story. We have a Sheltie who presently has bladder cancer. We are trying to keep her around as long as we can, but we too are trying not to be selfish and keep her from suffering. Our hearts go out to all who have lost a "loved one".

The town turns into a mess while the rally is underway. Usually ride into town to walk around and see all the vendor displays. Last year Yamaha had bikes available for test rides. Yes, FJR's too. Hoping they have some '06' FJR's this year. Lot's of good food too. They're expecting...

I have the exact setup you are talking about on my FJR, The Iso Grips and a Throttle Boss. So far I like them both....dampens some vibes and lets me relax my grip. Have gotten some positive comments on the look too!
