    Here it is a 2005 fjr I replaced rear disc with EBC put new pads on. cleaned and checked brake pedal. popped the rear piston out cleaned it finely sanded it. new brake fluid dot 3 But still I'm on my 3rd set of pads with only 6000 kms on it? The fronts are still the originals and good...

    Why didn't I think of this before

    At christmas I received a new battery tender. I mounted the battery in and the charging wire into the fairing. Now instead of tearing the fairing apart each time the battery needs charging I just hook up the tender to the outside wire. Works alot better and saves on time.

    oil filters

    :blink: I've been using yamaha oil filters since day one but I tried a wix filter part # 51356 it fit and was the same height but the rubber gasket did not seat and leaked because the metal holding the filter in was convex instead of concave! anybody else out there tried this oil filter?
