A shock from any "A" model (not "ES") 2006+ will work. I believe there were some improvements in the 2013+.
A rebuildable aftermarket shock is worth considering if you are expecting to keep the bike a long time. Superior performance and you may be able to find a used one somewhere.

I don't know anything about this particular shock, but if Traxxion is selling them... they gotta stand behind them in some form or fashion. For around $400, it'd be worth a shot.
