Error code 19 after oil change

Did a routine oil and filter change yesterday, bike ran fine after that. This AM went to start it and it would not start, just had engine turn over. Was on my way to work so I did not have a lot of time to sort things out. I did see the number 19 on the LCD display so I am thinink that it is a fault code. Any help out there? I did do a google and forum search but not help.
