What isn't visible.

A PCIII loaded with Walley's smoothness map, man....that is a sweet map...no lean surging, abruptness....nice

It is very comfortable..not as comfortable as my other bike...but's she a Unique case of out-of-this world comfort.

She holds a lot of stuff between the Givi Topcase and The nelson -Rigg Bag. If I need more i put the bags on.

If I really need to max out I have a 26 Litre RKA tankbag.

She doesn't hold as much as my little station wagon, but she holds all I need.

The W8 was built in the Audi plant and finished by VW. It's got 8 cylinders and nobody sees it coming. Bought it used for a bargin, best car I ever had in the snow...hands down.

Here's the German tv ad for it.

I like Audis though

No. His set-up will not work on GenII FJRs due to their 'adjustable' handlebars. Totally different set-up.

Great pics and glad you've "dialed in" your FJR to your liking!

One comment: I also have Wild Bill's highway peg brackets and Kuryakyn iso-pegs on my '05, but just from a safety standpoint I was careful to put the hinge on the highway peg as far inboard as possible. The concern, of course, is that although the peg itself folds up, should the hinge touch down in a corner you may shortly be taking a line you didn't intend.

The offset peg in your picture puts a hard point a couple of inches or so outboard from the mounting bracket. Does the hinge touch down before the feeler on the rider footpegs?

I cant see me lowering the foot peg. i drag em enough as they are.

Glad you got it set up they way you want it.

just bought an 08. like the lower peg brackets. where do you get them. your bike looks great

Hey!

I'm ready to ride!

How's that '08?

You and I have almost the same set up all the way down to the freeway pegs.

Did you feel any more comfort (more legs stretch) because of this?
How much lower is the footpeg kit where you bought it? Price?

I am 6'5" so the different was nothing short of amazing. PM if you need the name of who makes these since we are not allowed to mention his name in this forum. The downside is I scrap all of the time now.

I scrape a lot too, but it doesn't seem to do much harm...lol

My FJR is totally dialed in for smoothness and ergonomic fit for me.
