This is not good news, Hcycle. I'm looking for some 04 or 05 fork lowers too. I have an 03 model with 290 mm rotors. Seems one of those rotors has warped. Thought I might upgrade to 320mm rotors but the supply of availabe used fork lowers seems...non-exsistant?

Turns out I was able to repair the damaged threads in mine.

I would have thought someone with a crashed bike would have good fork lowers, since the upper part usually bends in a wreck.

Are you still looking for the fork lowers? Also do you need the ABS? I have a wrecked '05 non ABS that I believe are good if you are interested. Just shoot me an offer.
