Running a Roadster harness, direct from RR output to battery via fuse. Thought I'd be smart and put in a circuit breaker so it could reset if needed. Hmm. Best laid plans of mice and men..
I used the shotgun approach and cleaned battery terminals (already squeaky clean (asc)), battery to engine ground (asc), replaced 50 amp circuit breker from regulator output with 60 amp fuse. Charging is back!
Put all back together no fans.
Here's why.

And this bike is never power washed, runs in dry, not wet country. CB not sealed..
And this relay for fan cooling was bad too.
