Just checked the hotel and it looks like everybody has hit the road for home or where ever.Number 3 was a success . numbers were down but there was lots of fun and good food to be had.

One of our own (mcrider007) won the poker run and donated the 200.00 cash prize back to the fund benefiting local kids. A number of forum folks that didn't do the run donated generously so as usual FJR forum people are the best.

It's time to decompress and think about next year. If you have ideas speak up.
Got an idea Ray, why don't ya have ameet in La Pine an offer up the best Reuben in the West?
Does that mean your gonna show up????

Thanks again Mayor Ray for putting up the Rueben Run. Had a great time. Hats off to you and your family.

Thank you Ray for your hard work and time. Oregon's roads are some of the best in the nation for motorcycles.

I had a fantastic time riding around the area and it was absolute pleasure seeing everyone, plus meeting new friends.

I can't wait to do it all over again next year. Thank you again Ray for the excellent work :)

Great event Ray, could not have asked for better weather, roads, or company. Your math is a little off on the poker run, I only donated $10 and a scorecard which really was not that great. When you told me three hours later that my scorecard was the winning hand the moment was priceless, definitely the highlight of my 2014 riding season. Since what happens in La Pine stays in La Pine I know that you are not going to quote any of the comments I made about poker runs on Friday night.

Home safe and sound, no performance awards nor critter sightings. Was pretty chilly for the first half-hour...

He couldn't make the Ruben run because he bought a new outfit and wanted to parade it about town.

Gorgeous George, thanks for my new screensaver. JSNS!

Great times with great people. Great roads to ride with little to no traffic. I had fun and look forward to next years Reuben Run

This was the first Rueben Run I've been to where I didn't get to eat the famous sammich. The restaurant closes at 7, and I rolled in too late both Friday and Saturday night. But the roads more than made up for it: NE Oregon rivals N. Cal for some of the best roads out there. I averaged about 500 miles a day for each of the three days, and saw some glorious scenery, and met old friends (not enough) and new. Great to see everyone. Here's a few shots:

Lotsa volcanoes

Quirky lil' towns with oddball sun-baked residents:

Amazing backdrops (including some that recalled AZ and UT):

But mostly just amazing, amazing roads:

If you missed RR this year and had no good reason, shame on you. Come for the sammich, but stay for the rides.

Absolutely I'll be back next year.
